Keep it about hockey
Requests concern matches, goalkeepers, referees, club roles, tournaments and camps. Anything else is removed.
Post only what is accurate
No invented, outdated or misleading requests. Post for a club only if you are authorised. Remove your request once it is no longer current.
No data about children
Never a name, photo, address or contact details of anyone under 18. Not even your own child or your own team.
No direct contact with minors
Where youth players or youth teams are involved, contact runs through the club or a parent. Breach means immediate and permanent blocking. Where we suspect a criminal offence, we report it.
Behave decently
No insults, threats, discrimination or sexual content. No club disputes, disciplinary matters or posts about individual players.
No misuse
No spam, no advertising unrelated to hockey, no scraping other users’ data, no circumventing the messaging system or a block.
Others’ rights
Use only logos, images and text you have permission for.
Reporting something
Every listing has a report button. You can also report by email to hello@hockeyhub.eu, with "report" in the subject line. No account needed. Include the link and why you are reporting. · We acknowledge immediately and assess within 5 working days. · Where a minor, a threat or suspected abuse is involved: offline within 24 hours. · We tell the reporter and the poster what we decided and why. · Disagree with a removal? Email hello@hockeyhub.eu within 30 days; we look again and respond within 10 working days.
