1. The service
HockeyHub is a notice board and directory for field hockey: clubs and individuals post requests (practice matches, goalkeepers, club roles, tournaments) and respond to each other. HockeyHub is not a party to any agreement that results from contact between users.
2. Your content
You are responsible for what you post. Content must relate to field hockey, be accurate, and may not contain personal data of others without their consent. We may edit, decline or remove listings that violate these terms, are misleading, or harm the platform, and may suspend users who repeatedly do so.
3. Club pages & claims
Club directory pages are compiled from public sources and user contributions. Claiming a club page is reserved for authorised representatives of that club; we may verify and revoke claims.
4. Paid services
Featured placements and future premium services are described, with prices, at the point of purchase. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Featured placement does not guarantee responses.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We strive for accuracy and availability but do not guarantee either. HockeyHub is not liable for the conduct of users, the accuracy of listings, or agreements made between users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
6. Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
