What is HockeyHub?
HockeyHub is the independent hub for European field hockey. Clubs and teams find practice matches, goalkeepers, referees, trainers, tournaments and camps in one searchable place — instead of scattered across Facebook, WhatsApp and mailing lists. HockeyHub is not tied to any federation and works across borders.
What does it cost?
In August and September 2026 everything is free. Practice matches, goalkeeper requests and referee requests stay free permanently. From 1 October: club jobs €19 (90 days), tournaments €149 (until the event ends) and camps €149 (until the camp starts) — all excl. VAT. No featured listings, no paid priority: every request gets equal visibility.
How do I claim my club page?
Find your club in the club directory and hit "Claim this club". Verify with your club e-mail address and the page is yours: logo, description, contact details and all requests linked to your club. Claiming is free.
How do I post a request?
Hit "Post a request", pick a category and fill in the short form — it takes about a minute and you do not need an account. You manage the request via a personal link that we show right away and also send by e-mail.
How do alerts work?
Subscribe to a category and country and you get an e-mail as soon as something matching is posted — for example a goalkeeper request in your region. We confirm your subscription first (double opt-in) and every alert e-mail contains an unsubscribe link.
How do I edit or remove my request?
Use the personal management link from your confirmation e-mail. There you can mark the request as filled, reopen it or delete it. Requests with a date also expire automatically once the date has passed.
How does sharing work?
Every request comes with a ready-made share image and message. One tap sends it to your team app via WhatsApp — that is how most requests get filled. Anyone can share a request, not just the poster.
